Texas Dairy Queen + Zuppler Sign up - Go Live process
Step 1: Complete agreement form
Visit zuppler.com/texas-dq-agreement to complete the agreement form. If you’d like a demo prior to signing up, please email sales@zuppler.com.
Step 2: Complete ACH form
To authorize Zuppler to transfer online ordering funds into your bank account, you must complete the ACH form. If you operate more than one Texas Dairy Queen location, and have a different bank account for each location (or combination of locations), fill is as many ACH forms as necessary for those different accounts.
Step 3: Informational sheets for setup
Your dedicated Zuppler Account Manager will send you an introduction email which will include two informational sheets needed for setup: Menu Workbook (to identify your item prices) and DQ Settings Template Sheet.

Step 4: Provide API key from Chowly that is needed to import menus
*This step is only required if you are using Chowly for your Zuppler menu.

Step 5: Menu configuration
Once Zuppler receives all necessary files for setup, the Zuppler Config Team will configure your menu.
Step 6: Menu validation
Your Zuppler Account Manager will send you a preview link of your menu for you to review and validate. Please send any menu updates via email to: rohit.elias@zuppler.com
Step 7: Training
Once your Menu is finalized, your Zuppler account manager will schedule a video training session to show you how to use the backend. Multiple trainings may be scheduled if needed.
Step 8: Testing
Your Zuppler Account Manager will get on a chat with you or one of your team members to complete testing. They will place a test order at each of your locations to ensure that your staff receives the order.
Step 9: URLS sent to Gilbert at Texas Dairy Queen
Your Zuppler Account Manager will send your online ordering URLS to Gilbert to integrate on your current online ordering link.
Step 10: Go live!
Your menu will be published live on your website and Google ordering channels for you to begin receiving orders.
