Warranty Coverage
Zuppler provides a 12-36 month limited warranty on all hardware purchased directly from us. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, and normal wear and tear under proper use. The warranty period for each product will be specified at the time of purchase.
Replacement Policy
If your hardware experiences issues within the warranty period:
1. Troubleshooting & Support – Our support team will assist in diagnosing the problem.
2. Repair or Replacement – If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide:
Replacement with a new or refurbished unit if the failure is due to manufacturing defects.
Discounted replacement options if damage is due to misuse, accidental damage, or environmental factors.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage caused by drops, spills, or mishandling.
• Damage from power surges, water, fire, or unauthorized modifications.
• Issues caused by third-party accessories or improper installation.
Process for Replacement
1. Submit a warranty claim via Support Contact.
2. Our team will assess and determine eligibility.
3. Approved claims will receive a replacement within 5-7 business days.
For hardware beyond the warranty period, we offer discounted replacement options to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.
