How to pause online ordering from your profile
Need to pause your online ordering?
Here’s the new and easy way:
Login to your Restaurant Control Panel
From the profile page, roll your mouse over the top section where you see the name of your business.
Select the option that appears furthest to the right, labeled “Pause Ordering”
On the sidebar that appears at the right of the page, select how long you would like your online ordering to be paused for. You can select:
Until tomorrow morning
Until next week
Limited for X days and X hours
Unlimited. Please resume this item manually.
Once you’ve selected your pause duration, click on the big red button “Pause online ordering until *date* at *time*” to apply
Once you’ve paused your online ordering, you’ll see under your business name “Paused”. When online ordering resumes, you profile will say “Active”.
