Hmm. So, when a customer orders online, how will you notify me? I do not have an internet connection or a computer in my restaurant. You do not need an internet connection or a computer. In fact, we do not expect you to have it and even if you do we do not expect you to be checking it every minute. When a customer orders online, our customer service staff will get an instant notification. We will Fax the order details directly to your restaurant location and our customer service staff will call you within 30 seconds to confirm that you received the Fax and can process the order.

So, when a customer orders online, how will they pay and how will you pay me? Based on the payment options you pick, customers can pay by credit card or pay by cash. If they pay by card, then we will transfer the amount directly to your account within 3 business days. There are no additional charges or fee to transfer payments to your account.
But how do I keep track of the orders I received from you guys and how much you owe me? When you sign up with us, we will create an account for you. When you login to the portal, you can see all the transactions for your restaurant real time. Along with the transactions, you can generate reports and summary details. In addition, we will notify the orders placed via email (if you choose this option). Also, you will get a summary report every time we transfer your payments to your account. So, you will be well informed. In addition, if you need immediate attention, you can always call or email our customer care associate assigned to your account.
Very nice! You guys have really thought this through. Now I do not currently deliver, but I am willing to deliver and get in more business. However, there are days when we are really busy and cannot deal with delivery. How can I manage this? When configuring the delivery information, you can configure the days of the week you can deliver, where you can deliver (by zip, street or distance), what is the minimum delivery amount, delivery charge etc. So, if you are really busy on a Fri or a Sat then just turn off delivery for those 2 days and the system will automatically disable delivery orders for those days.
OK, so let me get this right. You do not have any up front charge, there is no penalty for cancelation, I do not need to change anything in my current process and you will bring me more business and just charge me 15% commission on the business you bring me. Correct? You got it!
