Pizza was 30 minutes after expected time (time quoted on the website). When I called after 20 minutes, the store’s order receipt was 10 minutes later than the website order was placed. Additionally, they quoted a delivery time of 1 hour from the time of order and made it sound like we should be grateful it wouldn’t take quite that long. They confirmed the order, they should be able to accurately confirm a delivery time and stick to it.

Ordering with Zuppler is great, and we will continue to use it. However, never again with Tony and Joes. We ordered a chicken cheese steak and a Stromboli and received the delivery confirmation time of 8:45 (ordered at 8). After a phone call to T&J’s at 9:15 to see if there was an issue since no food had arrived, we were told they were on their way and will be there in 5 mins. They finally arrived 30 mins after that with an ice cold chicken steak (no cheese) and were told they had to remake the stromboli and they will be right back. Finally they come back, 2 hours after the initial order, with a cold Stromboli.

Bottom line, food was horrible, service was worse.
