on Oct 15, 2011 11:19 AM -05:00I am actually about to cancel my account with you. The delivery estimate was 30 min off. And when I got to the restaurant, 2 people came in, ordered take out and got it before I got mine. I’m VERY dissatisfied with this service.

on Sep 15, 2011 09:04 AM -05:00I was using a Groupon that did NOT say “dine in only” anywhere on it and when I went to pick up the food the woman told me I couldn’t use it for pick up. After a while of discussion, I was allowed to use the Groupon, but based on the exchange with the woman, I will never go back. The online ordering was great, the food was mainly pretty good but the customer service was awful. As a paying customer, I never expect to be treated so rudely.
