on Aug 24, 2010 09:05 AM -05:00I am officially done ordering on line. Waited 15 mins. to go pick up. Order not ready. Cashier told them to make salad. As I watched, made at least 5 more salads. I had to say something again. Cashier had to go back and tell them again to make salad and finally did it. WIll go back to taking a peek to see if there is a line. If I see 2 people waiting, I will go somewhere else. No way to treat your loyal customers. This was a very bad idea for Pazzo’s. Too many other local options.
