I want to note the Boston burger wasn’t the issue, it was that I didn’t receive one. I got a plain burger, plain bun and when I called about it was not, "what would prefer, credit or new burger" it was "we’ll give you a credit’. And the amount wasn’t mentioned until I pushed. He wanted me off the phone and probably would have given $1 or $2 if not pushed on it.

My request for well-done french fries was totally ignored, contrary to the claim that was once given to me by the restaurant that they would pay special attention to my orders to make sure that my french fries would be made correctly.

The baked mostaccioli is supposed to come with garlic bread. My order comes — no garlic bread. I called the restaurant and they said they’d get the garlic bread out to me right away. A delivery man comes with bread — only it’s plain french bread — NOT garlic bread. I called the restaurant AGAIN and they sent ANOTHER delivery man out with what was FINALLY my garlic bread.

C.W. Napkin used to be SO MUCH better than they are now. With my last order I opted for the American burger which was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger. It came with so little bacon that you needed a microscope to find it. When I order the steak on garlic bread sandwich I have to habitually specify that the side of barbecue sauce be included, otherwise it isn’t.

People, PLEASE get your act together!

good food, fast delivery.

Food was terrible and the order was missing bread. Worst ribs I’ve had in long time. I ended up throwing them out.

I responded "thumbs down" to "Like it?" because I was amazed that for what this place charges for what is basically a bacon cheeseburger, I would probably be generous in my assessment that there was a total of one slice of bacon on it (it was hard to tell because it was curled up, but it was EXTREMELY skimpy)! Come on, people, you’re charging almost $11.00 and this is what you give? Shameful!

I preferred this sandwich without grilled onions. I didn’t think onions complimented this sandwich. Otherwise delicious!

I only gave the food two stars because even though I liked the steak sandwich itself, the instructions for the french fries seemed to be totally ignored. Apparently somebody there doesn’t understand the meaning of "well done and crispy french fries" because the french fries were anything but well done and crispy.
