on Sep 05, 2011 08:52 PM -05:00In my prior call in order something was forgotten. When I went to pick up this order it seemed light so I asked, "Are the drinks in the bag?" Response – "everything is in the bag" . I thought I would check anyway when I got in my car and the two bottles of root beer were missing.
I went in and the person apologized and gave me the drinks.
I give the 20% tip so workers are encouraged to get the order correct.
