Order was 20 minutes later than promised, that’s not a huge issue because I ordered at noon and I understand that. Service is two stars because I wrote in the delivery instructions to call when me upon arrival at my door (with my phone number) and do not ring buzzer because baby is sleeping. When they rang the buzzer anyway I was very annoyed. The delivery driver did not read the instructions until I pointed them out to him. They looked like everything else on the page and apparently you can’t count on people to actually read. Here’s a suggestion – bold, capitalize, increase font or otherwise highlight the special delivery instructions so that they stand out.
